My name is Sarah Robinson and I am an editor at LINGUIST List.
I started working here in Spring of 2017.
I come from Northern Nevada, where I attended the University of Nevada, Reno and graduated with a
BA in English with an Emphasis on Linguistics.
I earned my MA in General Linguistics at Indiana University, Bloomington in 2018
and am working on a joint PhD in General Linguistics and Germanic Studies (linguistics and philology),
with an (unofficial as of July 2019) minor in Cognitive Science, still at Bloomington.
My research interests are mainly in the realms of historical linguistics, Germanic languages, philology, and discourse analysis. In my spare time, I love to read, hike, learn interesting new things, and play video games.
