|Title:||Genetic, Social, and General Psychology Monographs|
|Description:||Monographs, a journal of psychology, is currently seeking manuscripts of monograph length. Typically a Monographs article exceeds 35 typed pages and presents a series of research studies, a new theory, or an in-depth criticism of an existing theory. Innovative research and new approaches are particularly encouraged. Articles deal with the biological as well as the behavioral and social aspects of psychology and are based on either clinical or developmental research. Past topics include cognitive, social, and emotional development; metacognition; learning; memory; and cross-cultural relationships.
Manuscripts are reviewed by at least two peers in the field, a process ordinarily requiring two to three months; the author receives notification of acceptance, need for revision, or rejection. Accepted manuscripts generally appear in the journal within a year.
