Abstract: This sociolinguistic study attempts to describe and analyze Arabic Pidgin spoken by Saudi Arabic Speakers and Indian Workers in Saudi Arabia. It examines the circumstances under which this reduced variety of Saudi Arabic emerged as a linguistic phenomenon. Moreover, it intended to place Arabic Pidgin spoken in Saudi Arabia into the historical and theoretical frameworks of the pidgin language. It is the first description of a pidginized form of Arabic used in Saudi Arabia based on personal observations and video recordings. A qualitative approach is adopted for the investigation of this variety of Saudi Arabic.
