Ingredients
2 spring chickens, cut up
3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
1 medium onion
1 bay leaf
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar

Cooking Instructions
Saute onions and set aside. Remove fat from chicken and brown well with salt and pepper. In large fry pan add soy, vinegar and other ingredients to the chicken, and simmer in frying pan one hour or until chicken is done.
