My Mother's Ham Salad

This dish is fast and easy to make with a food processor, and just about impossible without one.
Ingredients
8 oz cooked ham
4 oz Monterey Jack cheese
4 scallions (green onions)
1 cup (8 fl oz) mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions
Cut ham, cheese, and scallions into chunks, drop them into a food processor, and chop up fine. Transfer to a mixing bowl, blend in mayonnaise thoroughly. Serve on a bed of lettuce as a salad, or use to fill sandwiches.
