Assistant Professor of French. French Language Program Director.

Appointment is tenure-earning and begins on August 16, 2010. PhD inFrench applied linguistics or French linguistics preferred. Native ornear-native fluency in French expected. Research interest in secondlanguage teaching and learning, quantitative applied linguistics, and/orinstructional technology desired. Experience directing graduate teachingassistants preferred. Demonstrated excellence in teaching required.Successful applicant will teach a range of courses at both theundergraduate and graduate level.
