Applications are invited for:-Department of Linguistics and Modern LanguagesInstructor I / Instructor II (Full-time) / Part-time Instructors [Spanish](Ref. 0910/188(482)/2) (Closing date: July 6, 2010)

Applicants should have (i) a relevant Master degree or above; (ii) linguisticstraining background; (iii) experience in teaching courses in Spanish as aforeign/second language; (iv) an interest in the development of languageteaching methodology and second language acquisition; (v) experience incurriculum development; (vi) the ability to use English as a medium ofinstruction; and preferably (vii) experience in teaching Asian learners atuniversity level. Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up totwo years commencing September 2010 or January 2011, renewable subjectto performance, funding and mutual agreement.
