Reviewers needed:

The organizing committees for the 2021 and 2022 Journées de linguistique (JDL) need volunteer graduate students to review submissions (in French) for papers to be included in our Conference proceedings, les Actes des Journées de linguistique.

The JDL is an annual student conference that has been held at Université Laval, in the City of Québec, Canada, for the last 36 years.
The areas in which your expertise is required are

Discourse analysis: social networks; contrastive linguistics; identity and mobility; variationist linguistics; attitudes towards linguistic humour.

Morphology, syntax, and semantics: syntax-semantics interface and uncountable notions; affixation in Turkish; morphology in Classical Greek; diachronic semantics; pragmatics and AI; grammatical analysis; Syntax in Mandarin Chinese.

Language teaching: motivation; code-switching; loanwords; comparison between L1 and FL2/FLX; workplace francization.

Translation and traductology: translation training; self-translation; French Chinese translation; inclusive writing; translation and gender.
