I have developed a program capable of doing phonetic transcriptions of speech in any linguistic variant and with a degree of granularity and accuracy that no phonetician, TTS or ASR acoustic model can achieve. I have analyzed and transcribed all the recordings included in the Handbook of the International Phonetic Association for you to browse (except Igbo because of its noisy recordings) and get a sense of what these transcriptions look like:

It should be noted that outputted data will be identical each time the automatic analysis is performed, and will always abide by the values listed in the following Table of Phonetic Notes:

I will reply to you with a sample transcription spreadsheet the same day.
