The University of Maryland is seeking native and non-native (advanced) speakers of Russian to participate in an ongoing study "Diversity of Writing Styles around the Globe. We hope the data we collect and curate will help to increase understanding of how individual writing styles persist across different languages and types of texts. Participants in this study will be asked to write original writing samples for several different genres in Russian. Participation is entirely online and compensation will be provided upon completion of the study.
