Aoyama Gakuin University, Department of English, invites applicants for a position teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in linguistics specializing in formal semantics.

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Linguistics or a related field.
- Those who speak Japanese as their first language, or those who speak English as their first language and desirably have a degree of Japanese language proficiency to carry out university duties in Japanese when required.
- Those with an understanding of the founding spirit of Aoyama Gakuin University.

Subjects:
Undergraduate and graduate-level English language classes and specialized subjects (including lectures and seminars on formal semantics and thesis supervision).

Starting date: April 1, 2027
