CReaTING is an International Conference organized in the framework of the "CC-TRANS, Creativity and Critical Thinking in Translation" research project (GRE22-03A) by researchers of the University of Alicante, Spain.

This call for papers is open to lecturers and researchers, as well as early-career researchers and working professionals. Proposals can be written either in Spanish or English and must be sent until 15 February 2025 (deadline extended until March 2, 2025) using the form available on the project’s website: https://web.ua.es/en/cctrans/creating-2025/submission-of-abstracts.html.

Proposals must include:
abstract (300-400 words including title and keywords),
affiliation,
references (if any),
short biographical note (max 50 words).

After the Conference, authors will be able to submit their full manuscript for peer review by the International Scientific Committee. All papers that pass this evaluation will be published as a monography by a prestigious publishing house.

Submission of abstracts: until 15 February 2025 (extended until March 2, 2025)
Notification of acceptance: 1 April 2025
Early bird: until 1 June 2025
Standard registration: from 2 to 15 September 2025
