Issues in Contemporary Semantics and Ontology is a workshop organized by the TALK group from the Argentinean Society of Philosophical Analysis (SADAF). We invite researchers and scholars in Philosophy of Language, Linguistics, Logic and Philosophy of Mind to submit a paper for the workshop on Trends in Semantics and Pragmatics to be held in Buenos Aires in May 21st-23rd, 2025.

The TALK group and the Argentinian Society for Analytic Philosophy invite researchers and scholars in Philosophy of Language, Linguistics, Logic and Philosophy of Mind to submit a paper for the workshop on Trends in Semantics and Pragmatics to be held in Buenos Aires in May 21st-23rd, 2025.

Contributions on general topics in formal semantics and pragmatics are welcome. The following list provides suggestive guidelines:
- expressive meanings
- presuppositions
- not-at-issueness
- information structure
- scalar implicatures/antipresuppositions

- one file containing a title and a 750-word abstract of the paper
